1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Rules of the Air (Amendment) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 12th March 1993.

2.  The Schedule to the Rules of the Air Regulations 1991((1)) shall be amended as follows:

(1) In Rule 1(1) the definitions of “apron” and “manoeuvring area” shall be deleted.

(2) At the end of Rule 7 there shall be added:

For the purposes of this rule the expression “simulated instrument flight” shall have the same meaning as in rule 6..
