1. These Regulations may be cited as the Council Tax (Transitional Reduction Scheme) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 15th February 1993.
2. Part II (determination of scheme council taxes) of Schedule 2 to the Council Tax (Transitional Reduction Scheme) (England) Regulations 1993(1) shall be amended, in paragraph 2(4), by the substitution for the words “paragraph 4” of the words “paragraph 2(5)”.
