Transitional Provisions
3.—(1) In a case where section 142 of the Housing Act 1985 (entitlement to defer completion) continues to apply(1), Part V of that Act has effect as provided for in regulation 2(1) above subject to the exceptions, adaptations and other modifications specified in Schedule 3 to these Regulations.
(2) Part V of the Housing Act 1985 as it applies by virtue of paragraph (1) is set out in Schedule 2 to these Regulations subject to the additional provisions or provisions in substitution set out in Schedule 4 to these Regulations.
