42. In section 156 (liability to pay is a charge on the premises), in subsections (2), (2A) and (2B)(1), for the references to landlord substitute references to freeholder.
Subsection (2) was substituted by and subsections (2A) and (2B) were inserted by section 120 of the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993.
