26.  In section 216 (loans)((1))–

(a) for the word “tenant” substitute “qualifying person” and for the word “house” substitute “qualifying house”;

(b) for the word “landlord” except where it occurs for the first time, substitute “former landlord”; and

(c) omit subsection (10).
