Whereas an application has been made by notice to the Secretary of State under section 3(1)(a) of the School Teachers' Pay and Conditions Act 1991(1) by the governing body of the grant-maintained school known as the London Oratory School for exemption from pay and conditions orders;
Now, therefore, in performance of his duty under section 3(4) of the School Teachers' Pay and Conditions Act 1991, the Secretary of State for Education hereby makes the following Order–
