The provisions of the Criminal Justice Act 1993 referred to in the left-hand column of Schedule 1 to this Order (which relate to the matters described in the right-hand column of that Schedule) shall come into force on 16th August 1993.

The provisions of that Act referred to in the left-hand column of Schedule 2 to this Order (which relate to the matters described in the right-hand column of that Schedule) shall come into force on 20th September 1993.
