Whereas a draft of these Regulations has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament in pursuance of subsection (5) of section 210A of the Companies Act 1985(1);
Now, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by that section, hereby makes the following Regulations:

1985 c. 6; section 210A was inserted by section 134 of the Companies Act 1989 c. 40.
