Amendment of Regulations
4.—(1) In paragraph 4 of the Schedule to the 1989 Regulations, for the word “each” there shall be substituted the word “the”.
(2) In regulation P1(1) of the principal Regulations, for the words “the superannuation funds vested by regulation 2” there shall be substituted the words “the superannuation fund vested by regulation 2(2)(a)”.
