Citation, commencement and revocation
1.—(1) These Rules may be cited as the Asylum Appeals (Procedure) Rules 1993 and shall come into force on 26th July 1993.
(2) In the 1984 Rules—
(a)rule 14(2)(b) is hereby revoked; and
(b)in rule 28, for the words “Rule 8(5)” there shall be substituted the words “Rule 8(4)”.
