The first new trunk road, between Penhale and Indian Queens, is about 4.76 kilometres in length, commencing from a point on the A30 approximately 115 metres east of its junction with the C185 road to St Enoder and proceeding in a north-easterly direction to a point on the A30 approximately 10 metres east of its junction with the unclassified road to Ruthvoes.
