The International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs (Amendment) Regulations 1993

2.  In regulation 2 (Interpretation and transitional provision) of the International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs Regulations 1985(1) for the definition of “ATP” there shall be substituted:

“ATP” means the Agreement on the International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs and on the Special Equipment to be used for such Carriage (ATP) concluded at Geneva on 1st September 1970 as amended pursuant to article 18 of the agreement(2) and as further amended pursuant to that article by an amendment to Annex 1 which came into force on 15th May 1991(3), amendments to appendices 1 and 2 of Annex 1 which came into force on 6th July 1989(4) and 13th December 1991(5), amendments to appendix 2 of Annex 1 which came into force on 30th September 1990(6) and 18th July 1993(7) and an amendment to Annex 2 which came into force on 28th March 1991(8);.
