2. In the Merchant Shipping (Prevention of Oil Pollution) Order 1983(1), for sub-paragraph (bb) of article 3(1) there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraph—
“(bb)amendments thereto adopted by the Marine Environment Protection Committee of the International Maritime Organization—
(i)at its 20th Session by Resolution MEPC 14(20);
(ii)at its 30th Session by Resolution MEPC 42(30) so far as relating to Annex I of MARPOL 73/78 (that is to say, of the Convention as modified by the Protocol);
(iii)at its 31st Session by Resolution MEPC 47(31); and
(iv)at its 32nd Session by Resolution MEPC 51(32) and Resolution 52(32);”.
