The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 15A(1) and (5) of the Harbours Act 1964((1)) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, after consultation with the harbour authorities concerned, and such other persons, or bodies representative of such persons, as are affected, hereby makes the following Order:

1964 c. 40; section 15a was inserted by paragraph 5(1) of Schedule 6 to the Transport Act 1981 (c. 56).
