2.—(1) All Functions conferred on parking attendants by or under the enactments mentioned in paragraph (2) below are prescribed for the purposes of section 63A of the 1984 Act.
(2) Those enactments are—
(a)section 99 of the 1984 Act;
(b)section 66(1) of the 1991 Act;
(c)section 69 of the 1991 Act; and
(d)section 77(4) of the 1991 Act.
