Transfers from Greater London (Sutton) to Surrey (Epsom and Reigate)

3.—(1) The area which is marked C on map 3 shall be transferred from Greater London, from Sutton and from the Cheam South ward to—

(a) Surrey;

(b) Epsom;

(c) the Nonsuch ward and the Epsom and Ewell North East electoral division; and to

(d) the North and East Surrey petty sessional division and the Surrey coroner’s district.

(2) Each area which is marked as shown in column 1 of the following Table on the map indicated in column 2 shall be transferred from Greater London, from Sutton, and from the ward named in column 3 to—

(a) Surrey;

(b) Reigate;

(c) the ward named in column 4;

(d) the Banstead East electoral division; and to

(e) the North and East Surrey petty sessional division and the Surrey coroner’s district.
