The Turks and Caicos Islands Constitution (Amendment) Order 1993 No. 1248

Amendment of section 3 of Constitution.

2.  Section 3(1) of the Constitution shall be amended by substituting for paragraph (c) the following:

“(c) the Permanent Secretary, Finance”.
