The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 14(2) and (3) and 51 of the Gaming Act 1968((1)) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and after consultation with the Gaming Board for Great Britain in accordance with section 51(2) of that Act, hereby makes the following Regulations:–
