1. This Order may be cited as the Lotteries (Gaming Board Fees) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 1st April 1992.
2. The fee payable to the Board on an application for the registration of a scheme shallbe —
(a)where the total value of the tickets or chances which may lawfully be sold in each lottery under the scheme does not exceed £10,000, a fee of £193; and
(b)in any other case, a fee of £500.
3. The further fee payable to the Board, where more than one lottery is to be promoted under a scheme registered by the Board, for each lottery promoted under that scheme shallbe —
(a)where the total value of the tickets or chances sold in the lottery does not exceed £10,000, a fee of £58;
(b)where the total value of the tickets or chances sold in the lottery exceeds £10,000 but does not exceed £20,000, a fee of £112; and
(c)in any other case, a fee of £140.
4. The Lotteries (Gaming Board Fees) Order 1991(1) is hereby revoked.
