The Secretary of State for Transport makes this Order in exercise of powers conferred by sections 10 and 12 of the Highways Act 1980(1), and now vested in him(2), and of all other enabling powers:

1.  The A16 Trunk Road (Great Grimsby Borough Boundary to Toll Bar Roundabout) (Detrunking) Order 1990(3) is hereby amended by substituting, for sub-paragraph (ii) of article 2(2), the following sub-paragraph–

“(ii) “the deposited plan” means the plan numbered HA10/YHNMD1 entitled “The A16 Trunk Road (Great Grimsby Borough Boundary to Toll Bar Roundabout)” (Detrunking) Order 1990 Amendment Order 1992, signed by authority of the Secretary of State and deposited at the Department of Transport, Romney House, 43 Marsham Street, London SW1P 3PY;”.

2.  This Order shall come into force on 24th April 1992 and may be cited as the A16 Trunk Road (Great Grimsby Borough Boundary to Toll Bar Roundabout) (Detrunking) Order 1990 Amendment Order 1992.
