The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 2(2) of the Medical Qualifications (Amendment) Act 1991(1)and of all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:

1.  This Order may be cited as the medical Qualifications (Amendment) Act 1991 (Commencement) Order 1992.

2.  The Medical Qualifications (Amendment) Act 1991 shall come into force on 30th March 1992.

Explanatory Note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order brings into force on 30th March 1992 the Medical Qualifications (Amendment) Act 1991, which amends the definition of a primary United Kingdom qualification for registration as a medical practitioner.
