Revocations and modifications

30.—(1) Sections 5 and 18 of the Petroleum (Consolidation) Act 1928(1) shall cease to have effect in so far as they relate to the carriage of petroleum mixtures and liquid methane in a road tanker or tank container.

(2) The Regulations specified in Column 1 of Part I of Schedule 5 are hereby revoked to the extent specified in Column 3 of that Part.

(3) The Regulations specified in Part II of Schedule 5 are hereby modified to the extent specified in that Part.

1928 c. 32; sections 5 and 18 were applied by S.R. & O. 1929/993 and S.I. 1957/859 to petroleum mixtures and liquid methane respectively.
