2. Section 59(4) of the Food Safety Act 1990 shall come into force on 3 April 1992 insofar as it relates to the repeals in Schedule 5 to the Act of sections 16 to 20, Part IV, section 92 (insofar as it relates to section 16(2)) and section 93 (insofar as it relates to section 18(4)) of the Food Act 1984 (1).
