Revocation and transitional provisions
9.—(1) The Town and Country Planning (Enforcement of Control) (Scotland) Regulations 1984(1) are hereby revoked, and in the case of any appeal to which these Regulations applied, and which has not been determined at the date on which these Regulations come into force, regulations 4(b) and 5 of these Regulations shall apply as if there were substituted in place of the references to “14 days”, references to “28 days”.
