1. This Order may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Load Lines) Act 1967 (Unregistered Ships) (Amendment) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 24th March 1992.
2. The Merchant Shipping (Load Lines) Act 1967 (Unregistered Ships) Order 1991(3) shall be amended as follows:
For article 2(1)(c) there shall be substituted–
“(c)wholly owned by persons each of whom is either a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies or a body corporate which is established under a law of a part of the United Kingdom and has its principal place of business in a part of the United Kingdom.”.
