The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 4(2) of the Mental Health (Detention) (Scotland) Act 1991(1), and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Mental Health (Detention) (Scotland) Act 1991 (Commencement) Order 1992.
2. The Mental Health (Detention) (Scotland) Act 1991 shall come into force on 9th March 1992.
