The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 88(10) of the Civil Aviation Act 1982(1), hereby makes the following Order:

1982 c. 16; section 88(10) was amended by Part I of Schedule 6 to the Airports Act 1986 (c. 31).
