2. Any notice given in compliance with any of the provisions of the Road Works (Registers, Notices, Directions and Designations) (Scotland) Regulations 1992(1) shall be deemed to satisfy any requirement made by or under any enactment or any instrument having effect under or by virtue of any enactment to give notice of any matter covered by said Regulations to the persons to whom that notice is required to be given by or under such enactment or instrument.
