Restriction of air transport licensing functions of the CAA20
Section 64 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982 (regulation of carriage by air by air transport licences) shall be amended by the insertion in subsection (2) (flights for which such licences are required), by way of a further exception, of the following—
d
a flight for the undertaking of carriage by air for which a valid operating licence issued in accordance with Council Regulation 2407/92 on licensing of air carriers is required.
