Commencement of certain provisions of the 1991 Act2

The provisions of the 1991 Act specified in the first column of Schedule 1 to this Order (which relates to the matters specified in the second column thereof) shall come into force on 28th November 1992.

The provisions of the 1991 Act specified in the first column of Schedule 2 to this Order (which relates to the matters specified in the second column thereof) shall come into force on 1st January 1993.

The provisions of the 1991 Act specified in the first column of Schedule 3 to this Order (which relates to the matters specified in the second column thereof) shall come into force on 1st April 1993.
