Subject to paragraph (2), the enactments mentioned in Part I of Schedule 2 are repealed to the extent specified in column 3 of that Part.

Nothing in this regulation shall affect the operation of any provision of the Offices, Shops and Railway Premises Act 196313 as that provision has effect by virtue of section 90(4) of that Act.

The instruments mentioned in Part II of Schedule 2 are revoked to the extent specified in column 3 of that Part.
