Explanatory Note
(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations amend for the third time the Suckler Cow Premium Regulations 1991 (“the principal Regulations”) and come into force on 27th November 1992.
The amendments made by these Regulations permit the payment of both the Community premium and additional premium (for which provision was made under the principal Regulations) in respect of applications for such premium lodged on or before 15th December 1992, subject only to the payment of premium for delayed applications in the circumstances specified, and in accordance with, Article 1a of the Commission Regulation (defined in regulation 2(1) of the principal Regulations).
