PART IINTRODUCTION

Citation and commencement

1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Type Approval) (Great Britain) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 31st December 1992.

Preliminary

2.  The Motor Vehicles (Type Approval) (Great Britain) Regulations 1984(1) (“the principal regulations”) shall be further amended in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations.
