3. Article 2 of and paragraphs 2 and 4 of Schedule 1 to the Criminal Justice Act 1982 (Isle of Man) Order 1983() are hereby revoked to the extent that they relate to section 37 of the Criminal Justice Act 1982 and section 32 of the Magistrates' Courts Act 1980.
