Citation
1. This Order may be cited as the Child Support Act 1991 (Commencement No.3 and Transitional Provisions) Order 1992.
Date appointed for the coming into force of certain provisions of the Child Support Act 1991
2. Subject to the following provisions of this Order, the date appointed for the coming into force of all the provisions of the Child Support Act 1991, in so far as they are not already in force, except sections 19(3), 30(2), 34(2), 37(2) and (3) and 58(12), is 5th April 1993.
Transitional Provisions
3. The transitional provisions set out in the Schedule to this Order shall have effect.
