The Secretary of State for Social Security, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 30(1), (4) and (5), 51 and 54 of the Child Support Act 1991(1), and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
1991 c. 48; seethe definition of “ prescribed” in section 54.
