Transitional provision
3. The amendments to the 1990 Act brought in force by this Order shall not apply with respect to any proposals which are or have been made available for inspection in accordance with paragraph 5 or 6 of Schedule 7 to the 1990 Act before the coming into force of this Order but the simplified planning zone scheme had not yet come into operation on that date.
