1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Merchant Shipping Categorisation of Waters Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 31st October 1992.
(2) The Merchant Shipping (Smooth and Partially Smooth Waters) Regulations 1987() are hereby revoked.
