Citation and commencement

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 (Variation of Schedules 5 and 8) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 29th October 1992.

(2) In this Order “the Act” means the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981.

Variation of Schedule 5

2.—(1) The following animals are hereby added to Schedule 5 to the Act:
