Explanatory Note
(This note is not part of the Act of Sederunt)
This Act of Sederunt amends the Rules of the Court of Session by—
(a)providing new rules 131 and 132 relating to disposal of awards of money payable to children, (paragraph 2(2)); and
(b)providing new rule 288 and amending rule 293B in consequence of the Social Security Administration Act 1992 (c. 5), (paragraph 2(3) and (4)).
