Qualification of governing body’s duty
9. The duties imposed on a governing body by virtue of these Regulations to publish particulars relating to schools in the area of the education authority or in Wales apply only to the extent that the relevant particulars have been made available to the governing body by the Secretary of State before the latest occasion on which the particulars are required to be published by the governing body.
