The Secretary of State for Health in exercise of powers conferred by sub-paragraph (5) of paragraph 2 of Schedule 4 to the Children Act 1989(1) and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, after consultation in accordance with that sub-paragraph with the Congregation of the Poor Servants of the Mother of God, the voluntary organisation by which the assisted community home, St Gabriel's, Knolle Park, Woolton, Liverpool is provided and with the Council of the City of Liverpool, the local authority specified in the St Gabriel's, Knolle Park, Woolton, Liverpool Instrument of Management Order 1973(2), hereby makes the following Order:—
