2. After rule 5(1)(b) of the Indictments (Procedure) Rules 1971(1) there shall be inserted the following:
“(c)where a notice of transfer has been served under section 53 of the Criminal Justice Act 1991(2) (notices of transfer in certain cases involving children), within a period of 28 days commencing with the date on which notice is served.”.
