Transitional provisions
3. Nothing in this Order shall affect the operation of—
(a)section 3A of the Abolition of Domestic Rates Etc. (Scotland) Act 1987(1);
(b)any regulations made under that section; and
(c)paragraph 19 of Schedule 5 to that Act;
in relation to any financial year beginning before 1st April 1993.
