The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of powers conferred by sections 8(1)(b) and (1A)(c) and 126(3) of the National Health Service Act 1977(1) and of all other powers enabing her in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—

1977 c. 49; section 8 was amended by the Health Services Act 1980 (c. 53), section 1 and Schedule 1, Part I, paragraph 28, and by the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 (c. 19), section 1.
