1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the British Gas plc. (Rateable Values) (Scotland) Order 1992 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
(2) This Order shall in accordance with section 6(6) of the 1975 Act have effect from 1st April 1992.
