Citation, commencement and date of effect
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Forth Ports plc (Rateable Values) (Scotland) Order 1992 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
(2) This Order shall have effect as from 1st April 1992((1)).

Section 6(6) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1975 confers a power to backdate the effect of an order under section 6.
