This Order revokes, in so far as still in force, the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) (No. 13) Order 1991 (“No.13 Order”) which prohibited—

The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) (No. 13 Partial Revocation) Order 1991 (“Partal Revocation Order”) reduced the area to which the prohibitions imposed by the No. 13 Order applied.
The effect of the Order is to remove completely the prohibition in fishing for, or taking of, landing of or the use in food production of green crabs and velvet crabs from the area designated in the schedule to the Partial Revocation Order namely the area of sea surrounding Eday, Sanday, North Ronaldsay, and the northern part of Stronsay.
