Amendment of the English and Welsh and the Scottish Regulations
3. In Part II of Schedule 1 to, respectively, the English and Welsh Regulations and the Scottish Regulations there shall be added, after the words “Council Directive 78/663/EEC” in the entries relating to E407 Carrageenan, E466 Carboxymethylcellulose and E473 Sucrose esters of fatty acids, in each case, the words “as amended by Article 1 of Commission Directive 90/612/EEC”(1).
