Title and commencement1
These Regulations may be cited as the Seeds (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 15th June 1992.
Amendment2
For Schedules 1 to 6 to the Seeds (Fees) Regulations 1985(2) there shall be substituted the Schedules set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
Revocation3
The Seeds (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1991(3) are revoked.
